2026 Trey Ennis Memorial Game - Jordan vs Apex Men’s Lacrosse at 7pm on 4/14 @ Claude Currie Stadium!
Warbirds Lacrosse Association invites you to participate in the Trey Ennis (TE#14) Lacrosse for Leukemia Memorial Game featuring the Jordan High Men’s Varsity Falcons versus the Apex High Cougars. We strive to be like #14 and to make a difference here in the Durham community.
We traditionally hold the Trey Ennis Lacrosse for Leukemia Memorial Tournament in memory of Trey Ennis, also known as #14 to the Jordan Lacrosse Program, in December of each year. Due to unforeseen difficulties in 2025, we were unable to host the tournament and instead worked with Jordan High’s administration to dedicate a Falcons’ game during the spring season to honor one of our own.
Trey sadly passed away May 2nd, 2017 after battling Leukemia for almost a year. In Trey’s honor, the tournament benefits the Duke Pediatric Transplant and Cell Therapy Family Support Program and the UNC Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant Unit. Both of these programs provide a wide array of inpatient and outpatient support services to patients and their families at no charge. In the past 5 years, over $30,000 has been donated from the tournament.
The Trey Ennis Memorial Tournament will return this December for our 8th annual event. We plan to expand the field to include more teams than our usual 16-team tourney by including middle school and women’s brackets. We look forward to your support!
